Residential Land Acquisition
The most common types of land considered include cleared residential plots, large houses with the potential to build additional properties within the grounds and old farm buildings with derelict outbuildings and surplus land.
Commercial Land Acquisition
We will also consider small industrial or commercial premises, where there may be an opportunity to create additional floor area or value, and high street retail properties with residential above. We will buy at auction and consider properties that are off market.
We offer 100% cash unconditionally for the right site.
